WHO IS OUR SPEAKER?
Motivational speaker Carolyn “CiCi” Higgins once prepared and presented a workshop for staff and students at Cecil Community College in Maryland with less than 24 hours’  notice. She so captivated the audience that she was invited as the Keynote Speaker for their “Making a Difference Day.”
CiCi has spoken for politicians, colleges, corporations, churches and events from Michigan to Florida, including Philadelphia, PA and Atlanta, GA. She even hosted a television show on the Unity Broadcast Network called “Be Encouraged.” Now “Be Encouraged” is the name of her speaking engagement company, and it remains her driving force.
